I contacted Roy about an electrician job installing a 20 amp outlet and he responded promptly and was reasonably priced. Came out and gave me a quote and was very nice at first and decided he was the man for the job. Then we set a date for him to come out and texted 30-45 minutes before he was supposed to come out that he was stuck on the same job from earlier that morning and couldn’t make it in time for our appointment. Which was fine. He said can we reschedule for tomorrow and I said of course, no problem. Next day same time had not heard a word. Texted twice, called twice and left a VM and still no response to this date. Don’t know what happened but he fell off the face of the planet. Job still not done and no word one way or the other what happened so gave him until the weekend to respond or explain and nothing so this is his bad review for lack of response and integrity. Would not recommend using him at all.
