  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm currently preparing for the A+ certification exam and will continue with Cisco, Networking+. I have an expected completion date of 6 months or less, as work dictates.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure your provider is fully insured, we are. In order for us to provide the service you deserve, please have the model # (and yr. purchased if possible) with a detailed description of the problem(s) you are having.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    The charging of estimate fees can be a good source of income for a lot of shops. We do our best to avoid these fees by consulting with you over the phone or by e-mail, before a tech is sent to your location. If an estimate is required, the cost of the estimate is credited to the repair. Ever hear "just bring it in"?
