This company is awesome! I'm a customer service representative at my company, and the service I receive is just as important to me as the service I provide to my customers. This team is reliable, friendly, understanding, and they will not stop until the problem is solved. Their CSR is always friendly when I call, the techs I have met have been friendly and professional, I'm honestly sorry I didnt find them sooner. My 2 year flea nightmare is coming to an end thanks to this team! I've tried 2 other exterminator services and spent thousands of dollars on over the counter products that just weren't working. Aaron was great today! He took his time and checked all areas of the house and explained where we could make fixes on the outside of the house to help eliminate our Brown recluse problem. He made sure to spray all areas of concerns and felt we should be covered until next treatment.
