- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my services and pricing is listed on my website! I accept PayPal and Square. If prices are subject to change, everything will be in writing (signed between both parties) and discussed prior to services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with the new customer, First we go through the new client Pre-assessment questionnaire. Dependent upon the occasion, we will then start working on exactly what they are looking for, and we discuss through our 30 minute google hangout session. During that period, I get to know the client and their needs. While I take notes, I also ask questions from the second questionnaire, and we continue on from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently receiving my BA in graphic design. I've ran my own online vintage shop for over 4.5 years. I've been studying, experimenting, fashion my entire life.
