Introduction: Emily Harris is committed to helping each client reach much more than their physical goals. Her nationally accredited personal training certification, masters in exercise science and nutrition, and living with type 1 diabetes makes her stand out among other trainers. She uses both personal training and group fitness formats to keep workouts cutting edge and fun.
Workouts are geared to challenge the body in a way to increase endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. She believes healthy eating is a key component to living healthfully and keeps clients accountable to good nutrition. Emily has experience working with a wide range of fitness levels (beginner-athlete) and ages (15-85 years).
Emily has much experience training clients towards healthy weight loss, modifying workouts to accommodate injuries, and helping athletes improve their sport. Emily's passion is to help each client reach their goals and maintain them for life.
