- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well my first thought came after the 6th time my mother-in-law asked me to clean her house. The second, when I started trying to buy my own home, and we saw property after property that could have used just a little TLC to sell. Finally, when I'm cleaning no matter what it is if i'm sweeping, mopping, and painting inside or cutting grass outside it's always a time I think and enjoy the childhood memories of the things my mom taught me about taking care of and appreciating your home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done a full maid service which included bed making, cleaning out fridge, stove, and microwave. Dusting, sweeping and mopping. Followed up with a grass cut outside. Trash outs: Debris Removal, Lock Changes, Removal of leaves, vines from fences, grass cuts, and damage reports of any property damage. Pictures of all work before, during, and after on all trash out services.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Well, the last job I did was a week ago, no I always clean for my in-laws free of charge. When they moved I was called out to clean since my father-in-law had finished his basement. There was saw dust everywhere and mom's couldn't stay in the house. It took me five house to clean up and down but I was very proud of the outcome. But, I wasn't the only one because mom's paid me $1000. First-time she ever paid me and it blew my mind. But, she said the pay fits the work.
