Introduction: My standards for quality are high so I take time to prepare everything from scratch. This includes: syrups, bitters, tinctures, infusions, juices, liqueurs, etc. I also have experience managing a craft cocktail bar, keeping inventory, pricing, branding, marketing, preparing budgets and coordinating events. Libations are one of the most important aspects of a good party, and I take pride in making that a memorable experience. There is no job more thrilling than bartending.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I drink to educate myself. Doesn't sound horrible, right? I read classic and experimental cocktail books. I attend the biggest bartending event of the year, Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans, LA each year.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don't just hire a boring commercial bar staffing agency. Party planning is hard and a lot of thought goes into the food, decor and music. DO NOT forget about the drinks!! They can really make an experience one to remember.
