FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take pride in our service. We will start by getting all the customers information to put in our database. Abby, our office manager, will put them on schedule for the time agreed on, and we will have the technician call before they had that way. Quick and easy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Garage doors are tricky when they break down. Typically, the most common things that break on a door or opener is: the spring snaps, the gears in the motor gets stripped, garage door panels bend and crack, needing replacement, rollers are loud and we repair with new, quiet nylon rollers. There are also the times when customers accidentally run into their door, needing a sectional swap out of the door. All these services and more are performed by Garageworks on a daily basis.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to gather as much information about your problems with the garage door or opener as you can, before you call any company. Do a little research to what could be the problem with the door. There are a lot of issues that could cause problems to a garage door. Also, make sure you know what company you are dealing with. You can easily check reviews on any company by going to Google or Thumbtack.
