Aviv was amazing. We reached out to 3-4 companies on a Sunday morning around 845a for a broken retainer and weather strip and by 10a he was here and getting started, finished in under an hour. Thorough and exceptionally kind. Pricing was fantastic as well, worked with us to beat other estimates we’d received. After he finished the replacement, he talked us through recommendations to keep the 20+ year old door/system running as best as possible and we ultimately decided to replace the opener. I’ll admit when he told me it would be quieter, I had my doubts. Honestly I thought that was just how a garage door sounds because what do you really except from metal and wheels. He was back same day (again, on a Sunday evening) with the hardware and immediately went to work. A little over an hour and everything was installed and ready to go. I never realized a garage door could be so quiet. Of course I hope not to have another repair in the next 20 years, but as unrealistic as that may be, I’d work with this team every time.

I was surprised when I hit my garage door button and the door crumpled like a piece of paper! Thankfully, I found Aviv from Swift Garage Door at my house about an hour later telling me exactly what happened. Apparently, this was the original garage door/spring which was 22 years old, and the spring gave out. I never thought much about garage maintenance because I never had any issues (I know, I know). However, if you’ve never had the service done, this is the final result - very unexpectedly as I was heading out for the evening. Aviv came back today and had the old door removed and the new one (and a new garage door opener) installed in no time. He programmed everything for me quick and even explained a complication he had to work through with my wiring to get the job done. It was an unexpected lesson, with Swift Garage Door was fast, easy, and very fair cost! Thank you, again Aviv!
