Matt was awesome and we had an incredible experience! We originally found Tip Top Garage Doors through Thumbtack because our original door was not working. Matt came out the next day to help. He fixed the door with little issues and told me about the type of opener we had and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. The door stopped working the next day beyond easy repair. I scheduled to have a new opener installed. Matt showed up at 8:00 on Sunday morning to install the new opener. In less than 2 hours, we had a fully operational garage door again! Matt even helped me program the opener to work on my smartphone. I would definitely recommend Matt and Tip Top Garage Doors to anyone who is looking for honest and professional service! If I have any issues on the future, they will be my first call.

I recently had the motor of my garage door replaced by Tip top garage doors. They promised to replace the motor in the next morning. Two technicians showed up as promised and completed the job quickly. Someone from the company called me to check whether I have any issues with the newly installed motor but it was working well. I have not experienced this type of follow up with another provider before. Great services coupled with good customer care are rare to find at a fair cost!

Customer care personnel and technicians in this company are simply the best! I was sick of an old garage door which was performing so poorly. With inclement weather being forecasted, I wanted a door replacement done immediately. They guided me on buying a strong door, removed and disposed the old door and swiftly installed the new one. Thanks guys!

Our 1950-ish wooden garage door had a broken spring/cable. Tip Top responded to my online request in about 10 minutes and sent over a repairman first thing the next morning. Matt quickly figured out what needed to be done and proposed a fair price for the repair. To my amazement he had all the parts in his truck, got right to work and finished in about an hour and a half. The door has never operated better! I highly recommend Tip Top.
