My background as a professional baseball player, MLB scout, and college coach shaped the way I do business today. It taught me the value of discipline, preparation, teamwork, and clear communication—qualities that are essential on every successful project. Through sports, I had the opportunity to travel the country and experience 49 states before the age of 28. That journey exposed me to people from all walks of life, different building styles, and countless approaches to problem-solving. It gave me the ability to adapt, think creatively, and stay focused on what matters most: character, trust, and lasting relationships.
