- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we prefer to price things by the job, given no situation is the same. However a rule of thumb is any installation at minimum is a rate of $125. Its a business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to let the customer tell us exactly what they want and how they envision there finished product to look. We strive to make it come true. Sometimes we make suggestions that the customer didn't think of, however we never try to push the client into a decision they aren't %100 on board with. We do not shy away for more work to get the job done perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The two owners have been in construction/ handyman, and furniture/wood working their entire lives and learned the trade from there fathers and grand fathers. They decided to go into business on there own after leaving the Marine Corps and working in several industries that just didn't give them the same satisfaction. Between the two owners and their employees the level of expertise is high and vast in any aspect of home improvement or construction.
