Ifo and his team did a great job on my project! They were pros at everything…. When something needed to be modified, they communicate the change and complete the tasks on schedule. I had a pocket door installed, drywall remove and repaired and a closet that needed new jambs…. They did a great job on all of it! Would recommend Clear Intention to anyone!

I was so fortunate to find Clear Intention Contracting and work with Ifo to create my dream laundry room! Together we discussed a few ideas for my new home and created a prioritization list of the projects to complete. My laundry room is a place I will spend much time in, and I wanted to make it a feel good, chic space using natural materials (think neutral colors and stone, marble etc). Together we brainstormed, I also shared photo inspiration. Then, Ifo got right to work. In such a short time frame we added a countertop of faux marble, for me to fold clothes on. We removed 1 of my 2 cabinets and added a bar to hang clothes. We even added a sink ! Ifo did everything with a great attitude, skill, and sourced materials and resources like a painter which I needed. Finally, Ifo was transparent on pricing and kept me current along the way. The room is a laundry sanctuary and I love it.
He is the ultimate professional and so good at what he does. We are already working on the next home project from my prioritization list.

Ifo has done many projects for us on several occasions and have had very positive experiences every time. He has a very wide array of skills in the area of home repairs and carpentry. Jobs that require extensive estimates and or completed drawings may have an upfront charge that will go towards the total price of the project. House calls for minor detail/service performed on an hourly basis will have a 2 hour minimum(i.e. small handy stuff... this covers time/fuel)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take the time to establish a clear expectation of the work that needs done by phone or email. Always suggest a visit to the site to generate an informed quote. We will set a clear expectation of your project from start to finish through transparency and over-communication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate to start my training in a niche market, constructing high-end custom homes. My work encompassed everything from footings and foundation walls to framing, drywall, custom cabinetry, trim, flooring, siding, and windows, amassing over 20 years of professional experience.
