We made two separate trips to the store that evening to find the correct adapter and stayed late to make sure everything was working properly before leaving — with no leaks at that time. Two days later, you reached out saying a small leak had developed. We responded promptly and scheduled to return the next day to inspect it, but unfortunately, we never heard back from you. We always aim to provide courteous and professional service.
