- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and honest — no hidden fees or surprises. I usually give a free estimate first, and we go over the cost together so it all makes sense. If the job grows, I’ll explain why and adjust it openly. You’ll always know what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk — I listen to what the customer needs, ask a few questions, and give honest feedback. If we’re a good fit, I give a clear estimate, schedule the work, and stay in touch through the whole process. No surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my skills come from hands-on experience — years of real jobs, real homes, and real challenges. I’ve also worked alongside experienced pros and learned every trick in the book for drywall, trim, painting, and repairs.
