Stephen was unable to complete the commercial job he bid for and accepted because our business hours weren't conducive to his schedule, but he also took 2 weeks to tell me this. Rather than stating this issue up front, he repeatedly rescheduled his appointment for various reasons. I'm sure once on site, he would've done a good job, however, his communication needs improvement.
