This was a very good experience. I requested service before noon and received a call within 30 minutes. Edward arrived at 3:30, and the job was finished shortly thereafter...no more hand washing! One concern... i had a fast, simple leakage. However, with more complex repairs, the customer needs to be able to understand what was wrong, what repairs were done, and what they're paying for. Unfortunately I don't speak spanish.

They were very helping with explaining this problem with my dryer. They gave pricing upfront and didn’t try and force me to use them after the diagnosis. They communicated when the part came and the time frame for the tech to come. I will use them again if need.
