Introduction: I bring a holistic approach to the way I cook and the way I interact with my clients. I love creating delicious meals from a variety of cuisines using the freshest, organic ingredients wherever possible. I can easily adapt to any special needs, whether gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher or paleo. I can also cook traditional foods, American, Southern Comfort Foods, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican or French with a healthy twist. As a speaker and a coach, I have the insights, communication skills, warmth and caring to build a great rapport and platform to create lifestyle changes with my clients. I love providing an environment with a lot of fun, creativity and clean healthy foods that not only delights the senses and turns on the healing, fat burning codes in the body, but leaves you inspired and equipped to eat so well most of the time. It's really gratifying to me and makes it all worth it to see personal wellness goals reached.

I'm so excited to be able to share my experience of Jerilyn's cooking. Now, first off you must know I'm a meat and potatoes kind of gal, but always ready to try something new Jerilyn has come up with! Jerilyn has cooked a wonderful buffet dinner for the audience members of one of my dinner theatre productions. Amazing! All these different choices for such a divers group of people that was enjoyed by all. I have attended cooking classes where Jerilyn had a group of people in a kitchen demonstrating and preparing a meal for all to enjoy that evening. So much fun was had by all, and then to enjoy the feast I have witnessed much of the "behind the scene" work that goes on in order for these wonderful meals to be prepared. The creativeness of what she does with fresh fruits and vegetables combined with the vast knowledge she has on wholesome ingredients that our bodies need to heal and maintain healthy living. This is a lifestyle of Jerilyn's that she so lovingly shares with others. Jerilyn is a wealth of knowledge and a master in the kitchen. If you ever have the opportunity to enjoy some of the magic she creates in the kitchen-by all means do so!

The meals that Jerilyn Morgan prepars for me and my family are outstanding.She prepares extemely healthy foods with recipes that are four star level in taste and presentation. Eating her food has caused me to loose weight and I felt better over all. She is a great personal chef with a great attitude. I will use her again in the future and I highly recommend her.

Jerilyn excels at bringing together ingredients, dishes and people! Her cooking classes have elevated my own cooking and have introduced me to warm and interesting people. She has a depth of knowledge about healthy eating and a knack for taking lesser known high quality ingredients and making gourmet food.

Jerilyn is a wonderful vegetarian chef. Her cooking classes are very informative and the end result is always a fantastic meal. I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to taste her dishes many times and everything has been delicious! Her Quinoa Lasagna is to die for! I would highly recommend her as a chef for any occasion.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The best way to find out if I am the right provider for you is to make an appointment by phone so you can find out if we are a great match! A live conversation will quickly give you a good sense about what you want and how I can serve you best. I believe any concerns or obstacles you may have about booking a service or class can be explored and the perfect solution will become clear whether it is working with me or someone who feels like a better fit for you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I would love for my customers to know that there is a real tipping point in awareness and scientific research and validation for the vital role that the food they eat has everything to do with the way their body will serve them for their whole life. All you really need to focus on is two things. Stop putting chemicals, artificial flavorings, dyes,hormone disrupters, gmo's, unhealthy sugars, junky snacks or processed 'foods', etc. and instead, eat a lot more organic, clean, fresh plant based foods sprinkled generously in your meals. Make sure your nutritionist is up to date on all the new understanding about how and why your food is either 'killing you' or 'healing you' and providing an abundance of nutrients that goes above and beyond the general recommendations taught to nutritionists.
