The only small thing I’d mention is that they were running a little late, and a quick heads-up would’ve been appreciated. That said, they still showed up around 8:00 PM and, more importantly, stayed until almost 9:45 PM to finish the job instead of pushing me off until the next day. That meant a lot because I run a dog daycare and boarding business, and I had a house full of dogs that would’ve had to spend the night in the heat. Richie was incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, and just an all-around great guy. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system, gave honest recommendations, and was completely transparent about pricing. There were no surprise charges or unnecessary upsells—just straightforward, honest service. Considering it was one of the hottest days of the year, they had my AC blowing noticeably colder and stronger air within about an hour and a half. I genuinely can’t thank them enough for making me a priority and getting everything taken care of that same night.
