We purchased a new hot tub last summer and needed to have it serviced. It was my first time hiring a professional spa service. Lucky for me I found Moore Spas. I spoke with Tayler, the owner and immediately had a good feeling about his knowledge and experience.He asked me to send my contact info to Rachel who got me scheduled. I was impressed with her attention to detail and follow-up.Last Monday, Miguel showed up and he did a wonderful job of explaining all the steps he would be following to empty, clean and refill the hot tub. He did a great job.I've already booked our next appointment. We've found our "spa guy."

Tayler and his team delivered and set up our Jacuzzi hot tub. We had a tight spot to maneuver around during delivery, and they made it happen. I was very impressed! Then came the setup and explanation of how everything works, how to keep it clean, etc. He exceeded expectations and made sure we were experts before he left. He even tested me to ensure I was listening. What a fun/great guy! We will continue with their maintenance services.
