- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices competitive with the other Pros. I offer discounts to my reoccurring customers. The percent offered depends on the size of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new customer is to send them a basic cleaning list when I send them a quote so they will know what's to be expected with my work. Also when I arrive for the first cleaning I ask the customer to give me a tour of their home/business so we can go over what exactly they are wanting cleaned and if there are certain things that they want me to give more attention to or go into more detail when cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have several years of experience cleaning homes and offices. I cleaned houses for other cleaning businesses over the years until I decided to get into business for myself 5 years ago.
