Kelly's House and Commercial Cleaning

Introduction: I do basic residential cleaning, and I usually size the job before I give a price. I do dusting in all areas of the house, and I also clean and sanitize all areas of the bathrooms, floors, and appliances, and wipe all mirrors and pictures. I offer my services also to small commercial office buildings. I charge a flat rate, usually 115 to 200 for the first initial clean. After, I charge 30 dollars per visit for basic cleaning, which includes emptying trash, lite cleaning, vaccuuming and dusting. Small business building with two to three offices, under 2,500 square feet with daily cleaning, will be charged $750 for a monthly job.
