Dr.Burks came out to clean my area rug, but offer an honest opinion and gave me an affordable alternative to cleaning it. He said it was thin and did not have a backing and may could be wash at laundromat. He provided some instructions on how to treat the rug prior to washing. I offered some money to pay for his time and he refused. My rug came out really great and I respect his integrity, professionalism, and communication. Please consider using his business, he knows ways to get your upholstery clean ☺️
