Cesar and his team has been instrumental in making my life easier in our move out process. He answered the phone on a Friday night on our initial meeting and then preceded with good communication throughout the process. He texted me the day before and showed up when he said he was going to the next day and even texted when he was on his way. He was thorough while doing the job and professional all the at through. He is truly someone who went above and beyond in customer service. I love the service and communication so much, I even went as far as to refer him to some of my long time clients! Wish we had more people in the service industry like him!
