FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I said before, my price varies. There are people who have a house with 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms but almost do no cleaning in their house so at the time of doing a deep cleaning there is a lot to do, but there are other people who pay for standard cleanings every 15 days, so at the time of doing a deep cleaning there is not much work to do, that’s why photos or videos are important so that a fair estimated price can be given, and so customers are satisfied. I want to tell the customers who see my profile to write to me and we reach an agreement, sometimes here in the application it says a high value, but if they teach me what work they need me to do and it’s little, I will do it for less value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually greet my client and ask him for photos or videos of the place he wants him to clean to be fair with the price. I really like to earn what I deserve. If we have to clean a little for sure I will give you a low price, if we have to clean a lot, we can reach an agreement so that we are both satisfied. After the video or photo we agreed on the time, and then we meet at the place where I must do the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My knowledge is totally empirical. Who taught me everything I know about cleaning was my mom, from a very young age she instilled in me the love for cleaning, in my room and in our house. And I always grew up with the thought that I must be impeccable in EVERYTHING.
