I booked a service with Keyshawn but she reached out to me to reschedule due to personal reason, which is not a problem me. I most definitely understand that things come up. Shen then asked me when would be best for me for her to come and do the service that she provides.I told her what works best for me because I had family coming over, and she confirmed with me that she will be here at said date and time. The morning of, I texted her asking if she was still good for the service, no reply. Then I called her 10 min after her said arrival time, she hit the ignore button in me.
She seems to be a very pleasant woman. However, the fact that she didn’t reach out at all to let me know that she wasn’t coming, or had no intentions coming, was very unprofessional. Especially considering that I’m a busy person and time is Valuable to me. I’m very easy to work with and I enjoy supporting small independent businesses. We have to do better with communicating. She missed out because I tip very well.
