- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer first. This usually happens when I come to take a close look at the job and provide a free estimate. If a prior visit or estimate is not needed, a phone conversation before the job begins is crucial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands on education through years of various painting and home improvement projects.
