Lalo is the best!! Since our first session. I have an insanely busy work schedule and on top of it have been pretty sick. I don’t mean to cause any offense to the negative review left for him by the young lady that gave him a poor rating but I’ve had to cancel a few sessions and he’s always been really understanding and flexible. As long as he has a enough times notice he will work with you. The few sessions I have had with Lalo have all been so effective and left me feeling stronger and confident then what I did walking into the gym.
By far, the best trainer I've ever worked with!!! Helped me tremendously not only with my workouts, but my eating habits as well!!! Truly life changing!!!
After coming to the realization that I just wasn't motivating myself enough to go to the gym as much as I should and didn't know what exercises I should even be doing, I started looking for a trainer. I read reviews and did several google searches and found Don at Jole Fitness. He had great reviews and is reasonably priced. I figured I would give it a shot. After my first session I was hooked and after my first couple of sessions, I knew I wanted this to be a permanent lifestyle change. Don has a great personality- he is friendly and upbeat, which especially helps on those early mornings when it was so hard to get out of bed. He keeps you motivated and is encouraging while not pushing you or making you feel bad. He is attentive to my fitness goals and is also very knowledgeable about nutrition which is helpful in getting me to my ideal fitness level. He is also attentive to your concerns- if something hurts- he can tell you why and what to adjust, or how to stretch it, etc. Finally, he works to ensure that your workouts and nutrition fit into your lifestyle, whether that is flexible scheduling or adjusting recommendations to be realistic for you. As for results, I started noticing results quickly. I could feel the difference, and see it in the mirror and on the scale- which was great because I had felt like I had hit a plateau before coming to him. I continue to see results as I continue working with him. This was a great choice and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I worked with Garrett at Bronson Athletic Club during the summer of 2013 both in a class and individually. Garrett is well informed, organized, good at communication, positive, and encouraging. I would recommend him to anyone.
Rob was my coach for Crossfit bootcamp. I had never been to Crossfit, nor to a bootcamp. He definitely helped change my opinion of both. His encouraging attitude and inventive workouts kept me wanting to come back -- which is the hardest part! I noticed results quickly, but, more than that, I had fun. He is the kind of trainer you want!

Lamonte did a great job in helping me succeed in achieving my goals for weight loss!!! I was able to lose 25lbs in the time frame specified, I was able to decrease my body fat % and I gained lean muscle during the process. He is knowledgeable and professional about health and wellness and his approach to exercise is spot on! Lamonte employs the latest techniques that were beneficial to me. He is a true professional that enjoys what he does for others and I would recommend his services to all my friends and associates!!!
Great trainer! very motivating, we used boxing and kickboxing workouts to supplement our training! I improved in toning, endurance, lean muscle mass. Was great training for my wedding date!
Matt has been my personal trainer for roughly 5 months. In that time, I've lost several inches off of my thighs, stomach, hips, and calves. I am down 12-15 lbs (highest weight versus lowest weight gathered in period measured) I have gained inches in my chest, increased my stamina of workouts, pushed myself harder and gone farther than I've expected. While this doesn't seem like much - I once took a kickboxing class 2-3 days a week for an hour over a year and at most lost 20 lbs. This was over 10 years ago when my metabolism was much higher. I have a different body type and my goals are different, but I know my body and can testify to the positive change I'm experiencing in part due to Matt's intervention. Matt is an extremely well-rounded trainer with over 20 years of experience who exhibits his professionalism and know-how with every instruction he gives and the guidance he bestows. He knows how to masterfully tailor exercises to fit my current state and yet still be able to push me to the next level safely. Matt's workout regime changes from session to session and is never predictable or boring. Matt deploys new workouts and is always up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and and honest about their effectiveness. I consider myself lucky to have met Matt and find a trainer who is skillfully trained in his profession and knows how to apply those skills to affect change. I highly recommend Matt for personal training, nutrition consulting, and/or for professional fitness training services.
