Matt and his team were incredible! Matt is thoughtful, listens carefully, and has sensible design ideas that result in beautiful results. I appreciated that he was very very fast in turn around of designs, drawings and follow ups. He was extremely organized and always keeping us apprised of what he was doing and specifically what he needed from us. Due to the detailed planning they were able to deliver the project on time (~ 2 months for a large kitchen, wet bar, and living room remodel). When there were surprises due to things they found during demolition, Matt handled quickly and with care and was always very communicative.I would HIGHLY recommend Spring Hill Design and Woodcraft to anyone looking for not just a great remodel, but an overall great experience.

This was our first time going through a kitchenremodel, and Spring Hill Design and Woodcraft was absolutely fantastic. They helped us through the design and held our hands throughout the entire process given we were newbies. My wife and I changed our minds quite a bit on the design, but they were so patient with us and helped us understand any potential "gotchas" with various paths and decisions.In any project of this size, there will be hiccups (ours were so minor) but they handled them so professionally, took accountability without debate, and 100% remediated. We just loved how organized they were and transparent with us about the detailed project schedule so we knew exactly what to expect. The quality of the materials and execution was impeccable; the cabinets and countertops are better than we expected and SO beautiful. They were very pleasant to work with, easy to talk to, punctual and reliable, and fairly priced compared to other providers we looked at.We are SO pleased with our decision to go with them. We have already recommended them to some neighbors on our street who have asked about our project. Do not hesitate to hire them for your kitchenremodel!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer full services from design, renderings, building, and installation for kitchens and bathrooms. We keep our overhead costs as low as possible to give our clients the most for their money.
The cabinetry line we offer is all American-made materials with a lifetime warranty on the hardware. We won’t always be the cheapest quote but that's because we provide better-quality products and 3D rendering services that most companies cannot offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love asking lots of questions. Getting a new kitchen is nice...but getting a new kitchen that not only meets all your personal needs but also properly utilizes the use of your space is even better.
After I get all the answers I need, I provide a design so you can see the potential of your new space. Once you like what you see that fits into your budget, we'll price the entire project and provide a transparent overview and quote.
Most kitchens are complete in 10 weeks from the time of contract approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in architectural design for nearly 20-years. The last few years have been strictly residential design. I'm a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, which comes with training and expertise in best practices and client success.
