What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For grass cutting I normally ask for an approximated square footage. And for landscaping I prefer to meet the customer in person for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send the potential customer my quote if they are interested in my services then they respond back to me. we then set up a time to meet in person for the actual estimate based on job that needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a friend of mine long time ago who was a great landscaper himself. He showed me the trade and I have been doing this kind of work for the past 13 years now.
