We hired Mario to remove a good bit of junk from our back yard, under our deck, and in the garage. He was friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. My fault for paying before inspecting the job, because there was quite a bit of trash (including some cinderblock) strewn about my yard and there were still several items left that he said he'd dispose of. Most concerning was what immediately followed the job. Over the course of the day after he "completed" the job, while I was busy seeing patients and unable to answer my phone, I received 5 texts from him, 4 back to back calls from an unknown number that turned out to be his wife, and a text from that same number where she pretended to be his lawyer in an attempt to threaten me for not responding to her "client". I'd really hoped to give Mario some more work but after that experience I'll be looking elsewhere.

I so appreciate IV Landscaping for completing my de-thatching project today. My lawn was way overdue for de-thatching and Reyne did an amazing job! It was hard work and there was a lot of it and she completed the entire thing with a smile on her face! A real pleasure and joy to work with her! I’ll have them back again!

My son still needed help mowing while recovering. Mario was quick to respond, was able to work him in quickly between all the rain. Sent photos, before and after, so I would know what a great job was done. He did not mind it being a one-time hire (though he has come twice during recovery now!) and been kind about.
