So this is still an on going issue. I found this company on thumbtac. Asked for a french drain estimate. It was given and I provided the deposit which was half of the total cost of the job. This all started back on April 27th. I was talking to Carlos via text but was then handed off to a project manager. Since then it has been delay after delay. Things that should not be my problem were made to be. Such as other appointments running long or sick techs. Crazy things happening. I requested my deposit back and have yet to get it.

We apologize for your experience. But if you recall we ordered the utility company to mark the ground they were almost a week late which caused us to delay our start date. When we informed you of the new start date you wanted to cancel. There was never an issue with a sick tech or running late. Your issue was the utility company marking the ground late. When you are digging into the ground you have to call 811 which we provided you the service order and they were not able to mark the ground on time causing us to move our start date.
