FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several different levels of coaching - at different price points - depending on what level of support you want or need. Our one-time nutrition plan is $120 and includes: • Initial questionnaire • Detailed, personalized nutrition plan with steps for how to implement it • Suggestions for improving other aspects of your health/fitness; including hydration, sleep, stress management, and recovery This is a great option if you have previous experience with nutrition coaching and/or tracking calories or macros, are extremely self-motivated, and just need a starting point to get going. Our personal nutrition coaching, which provides ongoing accountability and support, ranges from $129/month to $219/month. If you have previous experience with nutrition and/or working with a coach and feel comfortable self-directing and navigating things on your own between weekly check-ins, our BASIC plan is probably sufficient. We have an INTERMEDIATE plan if you who need/want accountability above and beyond the weekly check-in and like the idea of someone checking up on you. Finally, our ELITE plan includes regular video calls and is perfect if you're ready to go "all in" on your new lifestyle change. For our personal coaching options, we offer a military/first responder discount; we also offer a discount if you want to pay upfront for multiple months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regardless of which package you choose, we start with an initial questionnaire/assessment where we learn more about you: what you’ve done, what’s worked (or not worked) for you in the past, what you hope to achieve. This helps us match you with the coach on our team who's going to be the best fit for you and your goals. If you choose the one-time nutrition plan, your assigned coach will then get to work preparing your customized plan. We typically turn these around in 3-5 days. If you choose nutrition coaching, your coach will design your initial game plan; and then you will have regular check-ins with your coach to ask questions, get feedback, and tweak/adjust your plan as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our coaches is a certified, qualified nutrition coach.
