- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no formal training although I am always seeking out new "hacks" to find better ways to perform my services especially using "all natural" cleaning solutions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother did this as I was growing up & I was taught from a young age how to clean properly. As I became an adult and worked in various fields doing administrative work I never really felt fulfilled or truly enjoyed my job until it was time to do some sort of "cleaning" or "organizing", and I found that I was really good at it. After being laid off & having no luck at landing another office position, I set out to start proviiding cleaning & errand services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cleaning: dusting, windexing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms & basic kitchen tasks like wiping down appliances, sanitizing counters and sinks. Concierge: I do alot of "returns", whether it's a Redbox or items from a retail location. I also do alot of drycleaning pick up & delivery, as well as flowers.
