Introduction: I am a professional chef trained at Vermont at the New England Culinary Institute after being awarded a degree in anthropology from Centre College.
I have worked at and run kitchens in Vermont, Kentucky and Tennessee-- all of which were famous for premium and hyper local ingredients. I am available to cater large or small affairs, and can cater to both food and serving needs, from menu development to wine pairings and decorating.
