If I could select all of the positive adjectives in my review about Align Personal Concierge, I would. Tonya and her team were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and packed my belongings while I was working outside of my home. I came home to a very organized stack of boxes and everything I asked for them to do was done to that expectation and then some. They treated my belongings with care and left it in good order after the service was completed. Tonya and her team are trustworthy, professional, and dependable. I was also thrilled with the price I paid for the value of work that I received. I will be using Tonya and her team again!

Tonya is helping me organize every room in my home. She works fast and does a great job while doing so. She also has very good ideas. My experience with Align Personal Concierge was absolutely amazing!! I was so impressed with their service from beginning to end. We had to make a few changes to our project focus halfway through and that was no problem at all for Kanka at Align Personal Concierge. I noticed that her supervisor Tonya who I had made the arrangement with, contacted both myself and the worker periodically. They are so excellent at what they do and it was like they perceived what I needed ahead of time and jumped right to it! This was by far the best experience I have ever had in hiring a home worker in my hole. Kanka is a brilliant organizer yet down to earth whose focus was to do an excellent job and that she did!!! I am definitely keeping this contact. I hate to spend money on things I think I should be able to do like organizing and packing boxes, but I did not feel this way at all about Kanka and Tonya!! You have won my trust and you will definitely be who I call from now on!! In addition, the fees were less than other places providing the same thing! They have found a way to work hard and get the job done so quickly without charging an arm and a leg. Thank you so much Align Prrsonal Concierge!!!❤️❤️❤️

I keep my prices very affordable so that everyone can afford to have someone help with those stressful tasks we all face so they can have more time for themselves, for family or to be more productive at work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a phone consultation with pictures to follow so that I get an idea of what I want to do before I get to the house
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal assistant/concierge and also a certified life coach. I was a house manager for someone for the past 5 years, as well as assisting other clients part time. I am an entrepreneur who has been a licensed nail technician and salon owner for the past 20 years.
