Cathie helped organize my closet and bathroom and did an excellent job! She was really easy to work with, didn't make us spend hundreds at the container store, and really just worked with what we had already to make things much more functional. We will be having her back to help with more spaces in our house, so while she was there she also looked around and got measurements so that she could start shopping and thinking about what would help with other problem areas we have (closet, laundry room, baby's room, etc.) If you are in the Nashville/Franklin area she is the best option for affordable and functional organizing help!!

Cathie did an amazing job! She got started right away and helped me sort through a lot of clothes and organized my closet. I can get easily overwhelmed with these things, but she kept us on task and we were able to discard/donate so much! My closet and bedroom look so much better. We had some time towards the end of the session and were even able to organize part of the bathroom, which also already looks better. I am so grateful for the help. Definitely worth it!

Cathie was so helpful in organizing our closet. I don’t have an organizer’s brain and have trouble getting rid of stuff, so years of unnecessary items had cluttered everything so you couldn’t even walk in anymore. She patiently went through every single thing, worked with me to figure out what to trash and what to donate, and then put it all back in a super organized way. She used existing bins and things we already had to keep costs down. I’ve gotten quotes from other organizers and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to organize, plus a separate “purge” fee to get rid of things. Cathie is WAY more cost effective. And she wasn’t judgmental despite the mess. Very professional and kind.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60/hr with a 4 hr minimum. The hourly rate includes the time it takes for shopping (usually no more than 2 hours) and then doing the work. No markup on purchases. I will work with you and your needs to make this process work best for you and not cost you more than necessary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always enjoy having a casual chat with potential clients prior to visiting the job site, so I can gain an understanding of your objectives and expectations. This isn't a formal process - it's more about getting to know each other, as this helps me create a comfortable atmosphere and ensures that I deliver my best work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience providing organizational assistance to friends and family members, over the years. And I have several years of Administrative/Office support experience, in a professional setting.
