Big Cathie fans here!! Our house was a mess as my fiancé and I both work long hours and had been traveling constantly, not to mention had been waiting on new furniture to arrive which did not help our home’s organization. Cathie was a complete lifesaver! She made a seemingly unmanageable job totally doable. She helped us with our kitchen, living room, den area, bedroom, and closet space as well as helped organize our entry way, all in one day. As someone with ADHD, it is very helpful to have someone who knows what they are doing to direct the tasks. She was punctual, professional, and got so much accomplished in the time she was here. I could not have gotten this done without her and I absolutely plan to use her services again in the future for other needs in our home (like our pantry, laundry room, and further organizing ideas). We are so grateful and cannot thank Cathie enough!!

Cathie was incredibly helpful working with me to organize a room filled with equipment. She was sensitive to my needs and recognized that it was difficult for me to decide what to keep or throw out without knowing exactly what I had. With her help, I was able to come up with a plan for the rest of the room. I was then able to continue the work after she left. I never could have done that without her. She even sent me a list for recommendations to help when I get emotionally stuck. She was a true pleasure to work with and I plan on bringing her back when I start working on another room.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60/hr with a 4 hr minimum. The hourly rate includes the time it takes for shopping (usually no more than 2 hours) and then doing the work. No markup on purchases. I will work with you and your needs to make this process work best for you and not cost you more than necessary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always enjoy having a casual chat with potential clients prior to visiting the job site, so I can gain an understanding of your objectives and expectations. This isn't a formal process - it's more about getting to know each other, as this helps me create a comfortable atmosphere and ensures that I deliver my best work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience providing organizational assistance to friends and family members, over the years. And I have several years of Administrative/Office support experience, in a professional setting.
