- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more times per week you train with me, the bigger discount you will receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to thoroughly understand your goals and what you hope to accomplish. I find out your history (current lifestyle habits, diet, exercise, past/current injuries, medical conditions, likes/dislikes, what’s worked in the past and your current routine). I walk you through each exercise using and ensure you performing it correctly. (You’ll never do the same workout twice!) After that I’ll formulate an 8 program that would be tailored to fit your needs.
