Introduction
I believe my work as a personal trainer and fit coach is a cut above the rest because of my education, athletic background and countless experiences working with all different types of clientele. I have hundreds of client success stories in which weight loss or toning up was their main goal, and I have also worked with nearly 20 D-1 student-athletes who are currently in the NFL and who have reached pro-bowl status. I have done it all and seen it all, and I have never met anyone who I couldn't help in some way! I have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle! I absolutely love introducing people to fitness and nutrition concepts and helping them to develop a long-term program or routine that will allow them to live healthier and happier lives. It gives me great fulfillment to know that I might have helped someone to be healthier and live a longer, more enjoyable life. Law was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and accommodating to my crazy student schedule. He listened to my goals and created a workout that would help me reach those goals. I would highly recommend.

Law was awesome! He worked with me on my goals (loose weight while gaining more muscle) by teaching me how to effectively burn fat in the gym. He also showed me tools to improve my eating including recommended apps to track nutrients, shakes that don't taste like ass, food that works well, etc. Everything he shared was extremely helpful and allowed me to feel much better with my movement and energy in a short amount of time. On top of this, Law was very motivating and kept the WO's from being boring or monotonous. Hire him - you wont regret it!

Okay. I don't write reviews,but this guy is worth it. Disclaimer: I am incredibly long winded. But get to the bottom of it if you're serious about getting yourself on track. Sooooo I walked away from fitness about 5 years ago. Burned out and done. 5 years later, and I realized the huge void in my life was being physically fit. I did my homework...researched the hell out of every trainer in Nashville. It was clear he was the best. This was last November? Maybe even October. I met with him. He was great, and I knew he was capable of getting me back to where I was so long ago. Well, true to form, I stalled. I came up with tons of lame excuses why I couldn't start. Well, he was so intuitive after our first meeting, that he knew he was gonna have to stay on me to get me out of my fear zone. Okay, forget fear...truth was I was petrified to start over. I was at ground zero. Muscle tone was gone. Cardio was past the point of rescue. So he would randomly text and call me from October until March. 5 months! Who does that?? And he wasn't pushing me for any financial gain on his part. He really gave a shit. So I finally took the plunge. I cried a lot after each session. Starting over (or starting for the first time) is a daunting task. He gauged where I was. He pushed me (ever so gently), and always encouraged me when he saw I was ready to bail. (Seriously. I would sob at the end of every session. NO GUY likes that! But he was great. Super supportive, even if he was thinking "Man, this girl's a hot mess!" All I can say is do it. Call him. And trust him. You won't be some random person he's out to train. He will know exactly what to do with you. No "one size fits all" training here. Personalized just for you. He knows what he's doing on all levels of fitness and nutrition. So do it. Now! Happy training!!! ~Em (Die hard Law fan)

If you are looking to make a change in your fitness routine, Law is your guy! I started training with him over a year ago and within the almost six months of working with him he has broken down and revised my own workout routine to fit my personal goals as well as breaking down my eating habits. He cares tremendously about his clients and takes the time to build a rapport with you. After working with him for six months before moving out of state, I have since lost 14 pounds and almost 2 dress sizes. He has motivated me to continue my journey! I'm now moving back and can't wait to start my sessions back up!!!!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    When hiring a fitness professional or personal trainer I would look to see what combination of education, experience and certifications the pro has. The higher level of education and the more experience and certifications the better. The combination of these things will allow the pro to understand the best and most effective ways to help you, and keep you safe while doing so. Also, professional liability insurance is a plus. These things will show the pro's level of knowledge and experience in the field, and also their level of dedication to their profession. Lastly, you want to look for someone who has a passion for fitness and helping people, and someone who you personally feel comfortable with. The more at ease your pro makes you feel, the better results you will have!
