Sarah Perrotto is an incredible fitness coach! Her workouts are hard, but modifiable, so anyone, at any level can do them. She is very confident and encouraging, and is an all around joy to be around! Great coach!!

Sarah is an amazing coach and a complete professional! I had never taken a paddle boarding class in my life and she made me and my friends feel completely at ease and comfortable. By the end of the class we were all doing burpees and headstands on our boards! It was a blast! Sarah was also happy to stay after class and answer any of the questions that we had. I couldn't recommend her more as a personal trainer or workout instructor. All of my friends couldn't stop talking about her class that week! You really get your money's worth and the attention that you deserve as a client with Sarah.

I have attended several of Sarah's bootcamp classes and have always left covered in sweat! Her classes are intense but are easily modifiable for fitness level/injuries (which is perfect for me since I have a bad knee). I tend to get bored midway through workout classes but Sarah keeps me on my toes and motivated the whole class. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a great workout!
