About
WAYfit is an established personal and group training business that has recently relocated to Nashville. I am an NASM certified personal trainer with experience training clients between the ages of 20 and 60. I tailor each session to the individual client's needs and also provide other areas of wellness accountability. I have more than 10 years of corporate experience and have recently left that world to pursue WAYfit full time. I love any opportunity to meet new people and help them be #goalcrushers.

I'm so excited to be working with Rachel! She's incredibly motivating and very inspiring! So far, her high-intensity cardio/weight training is kicking my butt, but it feels great. Right now, we work out in the gym at her apartment, which is well-equipped. She'll push you when you need it most, but also provides a compassionate ear when you're struggling. I can't wait to see the end results!!!

Met with Rachel today and can't wait to get started on our plan! We are traveling to Yosemite for a backpacking trip in July and I'm in serious need of endurance and strength training. Rachel was super friendly and attentive, plus she made my feel comfortable. Excited to finally get the help needed to reach my goals!

This is roughly my 10th week working with Rachel and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Three times a week I look forward to bootcamps and personal training sessions— never in a million years did I think I would ever look forward to working out! I’m down 13 pounds already, and the amount of muscle I’ve gained is noticeable. What I wanted in a personal trainer was someone who would challenge me, teach me new exercises, and create workouts that I can do on my own. What I got with Rachel is that and so much more. I no longer have a negative attitude about exercise or pushing myself to my limit, and I feel more confident in my body than I have since high school. I’ve been introduced to different forms of exercise, and I’ve been challenged in the best ways possible. And the cherry on top of the sundae— I can honestly say that I have gained a friend. It was my intention with our sessions to learn to love exercise again; not only do I love exercising again, but I love myself again, and that is priceless.
