- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have pressure washed and cleaned windows for 5+ years. I just recently started my own company doing so. I can promise to give you the best value and the best rate - my prices are going to be at the bottom of the scale as a new player in the game.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process includes talking on the phone, doing a quick walk through, and then sending over a detailed email proposal with all of the company information (including certificate of insurance). Once you accept the proposal, I will complete the job the next day. (We can speed up the process for jobs with a sense of urgency).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Price is often the most important factor in hiring a contractor, which is why I am going to have the most competitive prices. But you also want to make sure the job is done CORRECT. Using the right processes, your property will stay cleaner longer. I can assure you I am using all of the industry's leading processes to give you the absolute best quality.
