What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive rates for all of the services provided. I also offer discounts for early payment, volume, and referrals. Please contact me for more information about pricing and to schedule an appointment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the customer to discuss their needs and goals. I will then develop a customized plan to meet those needs. I will provide regular updates on the status of their account and work with them to ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. I am graduating in August 2023 with my Master of Accountancy degree from Belmont University as well. I have experience working in Quickbooks Desktop. I also have experience with bookkeeping and payroll services. I am currently working towards certification in Quickbooks Online Accounting and Payroll. I have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, and I am proficient in using accounting software. I am confident that I have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide you with accurate and efficient accounting and tax preparation services.
