Introduction: I have been a real estate broker for eleven years. I love people, and I love to work. I'm an optimist who does his homework. I believe in the goodness of people and the Cubs' chances this year. I believe in the power of prayer, but I think you have to show up, too. I think it is better to own than rent and to ask than to not know. I like small churches and big cars. I've been skydiving, but I'm still scared of heights. My favorite ten or so days each year is when my entire family is together. I am married to a beautiful, wonderful woman who 'gets' me. I have two kiddos who are my heart and my purpose. And I could have been a professional whistler, if there was such a thing. Originally from Bartonville, Illinois, Mike moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University. After graduating in 1996, Mike went to work in the music business as a staff songwriter, writing songs for such artists as Kenny Rogers, Lee Ann Womack, Tracy Lawrence, Clay Walker, Neal McCoy, Selah and others. Along the way, Mike discovered another passion: real estate. He began investing in real estate ranging from development projects to long-term rental properties. And after a successful decade in the music business, his growing passion for real estate led Mike to becoming a full-time Realtor. He has been a licensed agent since 2006, and he prides himself on providing each client with honesty, exemplary service and professionalism. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, and he has received the Producer Award of Excellence the last five years. Mike lives in Franklin with his wife, Susanne, and his two children, Julien and Amelie. He enjoys running, traveling and rooting for his beloved Chicago Cubs.
