Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: When we are called on to do a job, we treat your house like it was our own. We do a thorough inspection to locate areas where animals are entering your house. After solving your animal problem,we offer warrantied repairs to those animal entry-point areas at a fair price. We do not use "hard sell" tactics, or attempt to frighten a potential client into making hasty decisions. We offer pricing over the phone, and we do not try to add on phantom treatments or unnecessary costs. For skunk removal we use traps with special plastic covers to prevent the captured skunk from spraying. Every day brings a different challenge! You never know if you're going to help a family remove a snake from their kitchen, or remove a colony of beaver flooding a neighborhood. We use full size trucks so we can carry all the equipment we need to handle almost any emergency the same day we are contacted.

John Pearson with All Paws proved to be extremely proficient in eliminating the muskrat problem we had in our homeowners’ association pond. His work was so impressive that two families in the neighborhood hired him to do other work as well – one wanted a skunk removed, and the other wanted him to check for snakes in their house. He also came to our association to speak about Tennessee animals and the laws that regulate our treatment of them. I highly recommend John Pearson for any animal problems. All Paws receives a 10 out of 10 review. Caught 9 skunks on our property over a 9 month period. Came when called, very professional, removed varmints, offered remedial advice that was spot on. Would not hesitate to call back or recommend to anyone.

Describe your experience working with John Pearson. Please be specific.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The majority of our calls are for squirrel removal from an attic. Squirrels will often chew a hole near the roof-line or gutter to enter your attic. They then damage insulation and wiring as they create a safe place to live and raise their young. Second on the list would be skunks. We do quite a bit of skunk removal work during mating season (January- February) and then again in May-July when the baby skunks are coming out from the crawlspace. Many homeowners are surprised to find skunks living beneath their home. Snakes are a major concern from April until October, and birds in bathroom exhaust vents generate many calls between April and July.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure your service company has the proper permits and insurance to operate legally and safely. All Paws carries more liablility insurance than is required, and we also carry workers comp insurance to protect our technicians and the homeowner (which is not a State requirement).

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish folks knew how hard we try to make them happy. My technicians are always going the extra mile to service our clients, both commercial and residential, in the most professional mannner. We have a Better Business Bureau rating of A+ as a result of our customer service. I also wish our customers know how much we respect our captured animals, and how we attempt to cause the least amount of trauma to them.
