- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple. First, we provide you with a free estimate. From there, we schedule the job — typically within a few days — and complete the work based on parts availability. We make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 20 years of combined experience in the pool and spa industry. We are Certified Pool and Spa Operators (CPO) through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), a Leslie's Preferred Pro Partner, and proud members of the Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Alliance.
