Our PHTA Certified Pool & Spa Operators (CPOs) deliver reliable weekly or one-time pool cleaning, maintenance and repair. We provide seasonal services such as opening and closing, as well as pump installations, equipment inspections, custom Loop-Loc safety covers, and hot tub/spa and sauna service. We are dedicated to delivering trusted and personalized care, keeping your pool and/or spa looking beautiful and running smoothly year-round. Common Services: 💧 One-time Cleaning - $225. Inspection, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, skimmer baskets, and chemical balancing. 💧 Routine Weekly Service - $80/visit + chemicals. Weekly cleaning, inspection and chemical balancing. 💧 Opening or Winterization - $475 (includes chemicals). Cover removal or installation, pump connection/disconnect, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, skimmer baskets, inspection, and chemical balancing. 💧 Cartridge Filter Cleaning (Acid Wash) - price based on number of cartridges 💧 Hot Tub/Spa Setup - $225 (includes chemicals). Draining, inspection, cleaning, refilling, chemical balancing. 💧 Routine Spa Service - $60/visit (includes chemicals) 💧 Diagnostic visit: $89
