Common Services: 💧 One-time Cleaning - $225. Inspection, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, skimmer baskets, and chemical balancing. 💧 Routine Weekly Service - $80/visit + chemicals. Weekly cleaning, inspection and chemical balancing. 💧 Opening or Winterization - $475 (includes chemicals). Cover removal or installation, pump connection/disconnect, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, skimmer baskets, inspection, and chemical balancing. 💧 Cartridge Filter Cleaning (Acid Wash) - price based on number of cartridges 💧 Hot Tub/Spa Setup - $225 (includes chemicals). Draining, inspection, cleaning, refilling, chemical balancing. 💧 Routine Spa Service - $60/visit (includes chemicals) 💧 Diagnostic visit: $89
