- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have a pricing schedule available upon request. Generally, the longer the project is, the lower the hourly rate. If necessary, however, a client can request a project rate rather than hourly rate. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I ask the client to describe what exactly needs to be done. Then, I assess if I can be of service. If so, I estimate the time and rate of pay necessary to perform the task. If the client agrees to , I send a written contract. The contract guarantees satisfaction. The client can choose to work closely with me (for example, if multiple drafts are recommended), or leave me to task. Either way, I expect perfection in my work. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A Ph.D., an Ivy League education, multiple other advanced degrees from the top two universities of three countries (U.S., Canada, and Israel), experience working for the defense industry, and founder/president of an intellectual society.
