FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing schedule available upon request. Generally, the longer the project is, the lower the hourly rate. If necessary, however, a client can request a project rate rather than hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the client to describe what exactly needs to be done. Then, I assess if I can be of service. If so, I estimate the time and rate of pay necessary to perform the task. If the client agrees to , I send a written contract. The contract guarantees satisfaction. The client can choose to work closely with me (for example, if multiple drafts are recommended), or leave me to task. Either way, I expect perfection in my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Ph.D., an Ivy League education, multiple other advanced degrees from the top two universities of three countries (U.S., Canada, and Israel), experience working for the defense industry, and founder/president of an intellectual society.
