Ryan has proven to be a fantastic resource. He’s helped me on a number of projects throughout the years (I work as a marketing consultant so my clients vary). Ryan is able to adapt to new clients needs and is always eager to jump onto a project, learn about the business need and film/edit a clean, professional product. He is reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend him.Sep 15, 2020
Ryan is, by far, one of the best videographers I’ve worked with. When it comes to price and quality, you can’t beat what he has to offer. I’ve been in the room with this guy as he’s been editing and he doesn’t quit until his final is beyond expectations. You won’t be disappointed!Sep 15, 2020
As a customer, I have the utmost respect and praise for Ryan. It's clear that his work ethic, experience and passion shows in the work that he does. He is all about taking care of the customer, is reasonable and understanding. Also, you get the work of a professional for a below market price. You get more than what you pay for! Definitely recommend Ryan for any project that you may have in mind. You won't be disappointedSep 15, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing can be tricky when working on a per project basis, so it is best to get coffee, or hop on a quick phone call to discuss the scale of your project and the needs of your deliverable(s) so we can accurately assess pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I already focus heavily on customer service and relations because satisfaction is a top priority of mine, but with a new customer, I like to allow the customer to be as hands on or hands off as they'd like through pre and post production. That way, nothing comes up as a surprise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have our Part 107 certification (commercial drone license) which is incredibly important when using a drone during your production to avoid both parties getting fined.
