FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be tricky when working on a per project basis, so it is best to get coffee, or hop on a quick phone call to discuss the scale of your project and the needs of your deliverable(s) so we can accurately assess pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I already focus heavily on customer service and relations because satisfaction is a top priority of mine, but with a new customer, I like to allow the customer to be as hands on or hands off as they'd like through pre and post production. That way, nothing comes up as a surprise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have our Part 107 certification (commercial drone license) which is incredibly important when using a drone during your production to avoid both parties getting fined. BA in Film and Video Production at CWU Acted as a manager who specialized in cinematography at CWU for two years.
