The best learning outcomes happen when a singing student is fortunate to find a teacher who is super-encouraging and also passionate for your learning and development as a singer. You will find your progress is easy and enjoyable when you find the right singing teacher who is a match for your learning style and preferences. In my time as a singing student I have wasted a lot of money on singing lessons with singing teachers who did not try to understand me and what I wanted to achieve with my singing. I was so shy and that was my biggest problem. My voice was good but my shyness was holding me back. Because I was such a shy singer I know what it feels like to go forward for singing lessons with that problem. And that's the reason why as a voice coach I work on shyness and confidence needed for singing first as a foundation.
